3 TSP OIL CUMIN SEEDS ,1 BAY LEAF ,1/2TSP TURMERIC POWDER,1 INCH CINNAMON STICK,1 MEDIUM SIZED ONION,SALT TO TASTE,1 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLY POWDER,1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER,1/4 CUP YOGURT,1 CUP WATER,1 TSP KASURI METHI (FENUGREEK LEAVES),1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1) firstly boil Soya chunks for 8 minutes and transfer to a bowl of cold water
2) Allow to rest for 10 minutes and squeeze completely.
MASALA PASTE RECEIPE
1) Firstly heat kadhai and add oil and saute onion ,ginger and garlic
2) Also add tomatoes, cashews and salute well.
3) Blend to smooth paste. keep aside
SOYA CHUNK CURRY RECIPE
1) Firstly in a large kadai heat oil
2) Further add cumin ,bay leaf,cinnamon,stick and saute.
3) Then add finely chopped onion and saute
4) Also add chilli powder and turmeric
5) Now add prepared onion tomato masala paste and saute.
6) Additionally add coriander powder and salt
7) Furthermore add water and curd .mixing well.
8) Now add squeezed soya and cover the kadhai. Simmer for 10 minutes
9) Later add kasuri methi and garam Masaaki
10) Mix well and serve
