Radish, salt, oil, ghee, water, whole wheat flour, salt, chilli powder, coriander leaves, green chilli and carom seeds.
– Grate white radish and add salt
– Set it aside for 15 minutes
– Squeeze the water from the radish and separate the radish.
– Make the dough using the same water by adding whole wheat flour, salt to taste, 2 teaspoon of oil.
– Add water if needed to make a tight dough
– For the stuffing add coriander leaves, salt, carom seeds, green chillies (chopped) and chilli powder to the grated radish.
– Take the dough and stuff it with the radish. Roll the paratha and roast it
– Roast it on both the sides with some ghee.
– Once it’s well cooked, serve it with pickle or any gravy of your choice.
Radish and Potato Curry
radish, tomato, green chilli, radish leaves, red chilli, gram flour, oil, turmeric,
coriander powder, carom seeds
– Heat oil in a cooker
– Add carom seeds in the oil
– Add the radish, onion, green chilli, radish leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and gram floor
– Mix it well for 3-4 minutes
– Put the lid of the cooker and allow it to cook
– Open the lid after two whistles in the cooker.
– Enjoy the curry with any Indian bread.
