200 grams capsicum, 100 gram tomatoes, two green chilies, salt, 2 tablespoons red chili powder,
half tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon cumin, 4 tablespoons oil.
1- Heat the oil in a bowl
2- Add chilies and wait till it changes its color.
3- Add turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and red chili powder.
4- Add the chopped capsicum and fry it well.
5- Add Chopped tomatoes and salt.
6- Allow it to cook and some more red chili powder if you want more spice.
7- Add little water and allow it to boil.
8- Once the oil starts separating, your capsicum curry is ready.
3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 1 tsp curd, coriander powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala ( a spice made by blending 2 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 3 cloves, 1 cardamom and 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste together), pinch of turmeric, Cashew nuts, poppy seeds, fennel seeds.
1- Blend the Cashew nuts with poppy seeds and fennel
2- Heat oil and add the garam masala in a pan.
3- Add onions and capsicums (chopped)
4- Add ginger garlic paste once the onions and capsicums are well fried
5- Add tomato puree and stir it well
6- Let it cook for 5 minutes and add a cup of water
7- Add all the other spices including the cashew paste mentioned in the ingredient and salt.
8- Mix it well and allow it to cook for 15 minutes.
9- Once the oil separates, enjoy the taste with any Indian bread or rice.
